Who We Are

We stand against misconduct, abuse, and injustice in all forms — everywhere, in every system, and in every place where power is misused. Our mission transcends borders and titles, rooted in the belief that truth, integrity, and accountability should never be limited by geography.
 

That said, this specific page and form have been created for the state of Maine — to document and report misconduct connected to the Maine Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).

Through this focused effort, we aim to bring a level of accountability to Maine that it has never seen before.
 

But this is only the beginning. The reform we build here — the courage, evidence, and truth shared through this effort — will one day serve as a model for other states, agencies, and nations in need of similar change.

This is where accountability begins.
